We’re running a workshop at the Support Driven Expo in Vegas!
We are super excited to run a workshop on product visuals in your help center at the annual Support Driven Expo in Las Vegas from October 9-10. And we can't wait to attend our first Expo and learn from an awesome community and a stellar list of speakers scheduled to present across the two days.
The Support Driven Expo brings the Support Driven Community together to show how Customer Support really works so we can learn from each other, collaborate, and move the industry forward.
This year’s Support Driven Expo will be held at UNLV in Las Vegas from October 9-10, and focus on 8 tracks each full of talks and workshops that allow you to customize a program that best suits your needs:
- AI
- Career Development
- Customer Experience
- Knowledge Management
- Management
- Self Service
- Support Engineering
- Support Operations
We can’t wait to meet the community and join in on the sessions. And, even better, we’re super excited to be forming part of the amazing group of speakers in the Knowledge Management track!
We’ll be holding a 45-minute workshop on Understanding the Power of Product Visuals, which will focus on providing attendees with a better understanding of the importance product visuals have in improving customer learning, recommendations on when to use the different styles of product visuals available, and some useful tools and hacks to help them keep their product visuals up-to-date.
There are 5 talks and 4 workshops scheduled for the Knowledge Management track alone. All designed to facilitate deeper conversations and idea sharing on a range of Knowledge Management topics. We’re particularly interested to see:
Improve Knowledge Base with Annual Reviews Presenter: Chelsea Knisely (YNAB)
Chelsea will be holding a workshop to help attendees better understand and practice annual verification checklists for improving internal knowledge.
Cross-functional alignment for your Knowledge Management program Presenter: Sara Feldman (Consortium for Service Innovation)
Sara’s workshop will see attendees create a Strategic Framework to map their knowledge management program to their organizational goals and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Agile Knowledge Management Presenter: Jen Weaver (Tettra)
Jen will be doing a presentation on KCS principles simplified into an easy-to-understand method for how to think about knowledge in support.
You can see the full list of Knowledge Management talks and workshops here.
If you happen to be going as well, please do feel free to connect with us (Dennis, Josh) ahead of time. Otherwise, we’ll see you there! :-)
