Another Support Driven Expo down — three days of conversations, practitioner-led sessions, and the kind of community energy that makes this event worth the trip every time.

A huge thank you to Scott Tran and the entire Support Driven team for bringing together such a thoughtful group of support, knowledge management and CX professionals. And, of course, thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello, talk automated screenshots and swap ideas on where the industry is heading ❤️

AI was everywhere, unsurprisingly. Nearly every hallway conversation touched it, whether or not the session on the schedule did.

What stood out was how practical the questions had gotten. As teams move quickly to put AI to work across support, there’s a growing focus on the quality of the knowledge and context those systems have available. And as more AI sits between your customers and your documentation, having a source of knowledge you can actually trust — including screenshots that accurately reflect the product — matters more, not less.

Putting our MCP Server to the test

Which made Chicago the perfect place to put an early MVP of our MCP Server directly into practitioners’ hands.

At the booth, we connected AI agents to the visual knowledge graph inside LaunchBrightly — giving them access to the screenshots themselves, along with the knowledge we've accumulated around them: what they represent, where they appear across your help center, whether they've recently changed, and how they relate to the surrounding documentation.

LaunchBrightly MCP Server Connected to ChatGPT

That meant we could start asking questions like:

  • "Which articles have screenshots that changed in our latest audit?"
  • "Show me all the screenshots in our Account Settings collection"
  • "Which screenshots have changed more than once in the last three audits?"

The natural next step is letting agents act on that knowledge directly.

An agent could identify changed screenshots, trigger them to regenerate, and kick off a fresh Help Center Audit — then surface exactly what needs attention across your documentation. That’s where we’re heading next, and only the beginning of what becomes possible once agents can work directly with LaunchBrightly.

One more thing: we’re now live in the Zendesk Marketplace!

And rather than write another few paragraphs explaining how it all works, we put together a quick 5-minute walkthrough of the full automation loop — importing your help center, automating product screenshots, and syncing approved updates straight back into your Zendesk articles.

We do this across all the help center platforms we support, of course — but it’s pretty nice to see LaunchBrightly right there in the Marketplace :-)

Curious to see how it all comes together?
We’d love to show you around the platform — from the screenshot automation we’re running today to a sneak peek at where we’re taking things with AI next.
