Hard to believe Support Driven was just a few weeks ago!

Use screenshot audits as your product change alert system

A constant theme we heard in the many conversations we had with folks who stopped by out in Vegas was the challenge in keeping your help docs aligned with ongoing changes as your product continues to move forward. It can be an endless loop of updating articles and manually creating hundreds of screenshots — but often the challenge starts with simply knowing when something has changed.
